Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Riderduck you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Riderduck provides tools to draft, organize and export technical riders (stage plots, input lists, audio setup, backline, conditions). Features evolve over time and may change without prior notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the rider data, logos and files you upload. By using the service you grant Riderduck a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.
- Do not use the service to send spam or harvest others' data.
6. Accuracy and user responsibility
Riderduck helps you assemble technical documentation but does not verify its correctness. Input lists, microphone choices, monitoring setups, power requirements, stage dimensions and backline lists are generated from the data you enter and from optional templates — they are starting points, not validated production documents.
You must review the final rider end-to-end before sharing it with venues, promoters, artists or any third party. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every detail and for any consequence that may result from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated documents will meet the requirements of any specific venue or production.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riderduck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data or production caused by the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the service or other users.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
